Details of Bread Baking Machinery - DOUGH KNEADER
Application: Ideal for kneading of dough for bread. This machine has an advantage over the single arm kneader in that the double arm motion takes shorter time for kneading, gives better water absorption for the same quantity of flour and also folds and stretches the dough for better aeration and fermentation. The double arm kneader gives bread a better crust, texture and flavour. 

FEATURES: Machine is supplied with stainless steel bowl which rotates at slow speed. The bowl can be removed if desired. It has two dough kneading arms which are also stainless steel. Single phase motor can be made available on request at an extra price.
